These terms govern use of LosAngelesCarShipping.com and submission of a vehicle transportation estimate request.
Quote-matching service
LosAngelesCarShipping.com is an independent quote-matching website. It is not a motor carrier and does not itself transport vehicles. We may transmit your request to CarShipOS and participating auto transportation brokers or carriers. Each provider is independently responsible for its licensing, insurance, services, representations, contracts, and conduct.
Estimates and availability
Website estimates and provider communications are not guaranteed prices or guarantees of pickup. Final pricing, timing, carrier assignment, payment, cancellation terms, and transportation obligations are established only in an agreement between you and the selected provider.
Your information
You agree to provide accurate and current route, vehicle, and contact information. Vehicle condition, modifications, dimensions, and operability can affect price and carrier requirements.
Third-party lookup services
Location suggestions are provided using Google Maps Platform through CarShipOS and are subject to theGoogle Maps Platform Termsand Google Privacy Policy. Vehicle suggestions may be supplied by a third-party vehicle-data service through CarShipOS. You can enter route and vehicle information manually if a suggestion service is unavailable.
Communications consent
By checking the consent box and submitting the form, you authorize LosAngelesCarShipping.com, CarShipOS, and up to three participating transportation providers to contact you about your request by telephone, email, and recurring automated text message at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages from a sender.
Acceptable use
You may not submit fraudulent requests, interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the service at scale, introduce malicious code, or use the website in violation of law.
Disclaimer and limitation
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for provider actions, missed pickup or delivery windows, vehicle damage, pricing changes, indirect damages, or losses arising from a transportation agreement with an independent provider.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version and changing the effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
