Publishing standards

Editorial policy

Our goal is to help consumers understand vehicle transport choices without presenting estimates, schedules, or provider terms as guarantees.

What we publish

We publish focused guidance about requesting, evaluating, and preparing for auto transport to or from Los Angeles. Topics may include cost factors, transport types, vehicle condition, scheduling, truck access, company registration, inspections, and documentation.

How information is reviewed

Chistopher Morgan reviews consumer-facing guidance for clarity, internal consistency, and alignment with the actual quote-matching process. Pages show an updated date when their substance changes. Formatting-only edits do not receive a new date solely to make a page appear fresh.

Sources and claims

We favor primary consumer and registration resources, including the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, when discussing public company checks or transportation safety information. We clearly distinguish general education from a provider’s contract, licensing, insurance documents, price, and schedule.

We do not publish invented customer reviews, fabricated prices, unsupported rankings, or made-up operational statistics. If we publish CarShipOS market observations in the future, the page will explain the date range, sample, exclusions, and calculation method.

Corrections

Send correction requests tosupport@losangelescarshipping.comwith the page URL and the information in question. We review material issues and update the page when a correction is warranted.

Commercial relationship

This website helps generate estimate requests through CarShipOS Lead Path. That commercial purpose does not change our obligation to label the site accurately: LosAngelesCarShipping.com is not a motor carrier, and submitting a request does not establish a transportation contract.
